PPA1M Kemaman is an affordable housing residential development positioned within the Kemaman district of Terengganu, developed by General Height Sdn Bhd under the PPA1M (Perumahan Penjawat Awam 1Malaysia) federal affordable housing initiative — a civil servant-focused housing programme.
PPA1M (Perumahan Penjawat Awam 1Malaysia) is a federal government affordable housing initiative specifically targeted at Malaysian civil servants (penjawat awam), providing subsidised homeownership opportunities for government employees. PPA1M projects typically offer below-market prices to eligible civil servant buyers, supporting long-term public sector housing stability.
Kemaman is served by Federal Route 3 along the Terengganu coast and the East Coast Expressway (LPT) for Klang Valley connectivity. The Kerteh-Paka petrochemical corridor anchors significant industrial employment in the district.
Residents enjoy reach to Chukai town amenities, Cherating Beach, the distinctive Terengganu coastal character, and the Kerteh-Paka industrial services belt.
Developed by General Height Sdn Bhd, with sister PPA1M project in Kg Pandan 2 (Pahang) and Mahkota Height in Kuantan.
