1. Refund Eligibility

1.1. Property Genie Sdn Bhd (1460258-K) (the "Company") offers refunds for products and services purchased directly from our website.

1.2. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  1. The request for a refund must be made within 3 days of the purchase.
  2. The product or service must be unused and in its original condition.
  3. Any accompanying documentation, accessories, or promotional items must be returned.
  4. The refund request must comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.

2. Non-Refundable Items/Services

2.1. The following items/services are not eligible for a refund:

a. Downloadable digital products/services (e.g., software, e-books) once the download/access has been provided.

b. Personalized/customized products/services.

c. Gift cards or vouchers.

d. Services that have been fully rendered or completed.

3. Subscription Services

3.1. Subscription services are billed in advance and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

3.2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (For Agent Subscription Packages)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all first-time agent subscription packages. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked.

However, this guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

a. If any promotional rewards (e.g. Touch 'n Go rebate, vouchers, cashback, or similar incentives) have been delivered, claimed, or utilized.

b. If the refund request falls outside the 30-day period.

4. Cancellation Policy for Subscription Services

4.1. Subscription services can be canceled by contacting our customer support team. Once canceled, future billing will cease, but there will be no refunds for the current billing period.

5. Refund for Faulty or Defective Products/Services

5.1. If a product or service is found to be faulty or defective, customers may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the process.
