Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1. Property Genie Sdn Bhd (1460258-K) (the "Company") offers refunds for products and services purchased directly from our website.

1.2. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

- Special Note: For our agent subscription packages, we provide a special 30-day refund offer, as detailed in Section 3.2.

1. The request for a refund must be made within 3 days of the purchase.
2. The product or service must be unused and in its original condition.
3. Any accompanying documentation, accessories, or promotional items must be returned.
4. The refund request must comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.

2. Non-Refundable Items/Services

2.1. The following items/services are not eligible for a refund:

a. Downloadable digital products/services (e.g., software, e-books) once the download/access has been provided.

b. Personalized/customized products/services.

c. Gift cards or vouchers.

d. Services that have been fully rendered or completed.

3. Subscription Services

3.1. Subscription services are billed in advance and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

3.2. For the Agent Subscription Package, we offer a special 30-day refund policy. Subscribers are eligible for a full refund if not satisfied, under these conditions:

1. The 30-day period begins from the date of package purchase.
2. Subscribers are eligible for a full refund within this 30-days period if they are not satisfied with the service.
3. The refund request must be made within these 30 days; no refunds will be issued after the 30th day of the package duration.
4. The account should be in good standing and not in violation of any service terms.

4. Cancellation Policy for Subscription Services

4.1. Subscription services can be canceled by contacting our customer support team. Once canceled, future billing will cease, but there will be no refunds for the current billing period.

5. Refund for Faulty or Defective Products/Services

5.1. If a product or service is found to be faulty or defective, customers may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the process.
