Project Outcome

Spanning 40 hectares, the development includes twin 88-storey office towers, a 96,170 square meter retail zone, parking, and landscaped areas. Designed by architect Cesar Pelli, the towers showcase intricate patterns inspired by Islamic tradition. Lendlease, as the project manager, successfully delivered this symbol of Malaysia's economic success and progress towards Vision 2020.

Suria KLCC - Premier Shopping Destination

Located at the towers' foot, Suria KLCC offers over 300 shops across six distinctive levels. With a total rental floor area of approximately 1 million square feet, it opened in May 1998, becoming Malaysia's premier shopping destination. Lendlease coordinated the total fit-out works, ensuring the timely completion of this iconic retail space.
