Selangorku PPAM @ Ulu Yam – State-Backed Affordable Homes in Selangor's Scenic Northern Highland Foothills

Project Overview

Selangorku PPAM @ Ulu Yam is a state-backed affordable residential programme development in Ulu Yam, Hulu Selangor — delivering quality homes under the Selangorku PPAM (Perbadanan Perumahan Awam Malaysia) framework in one of Selangor's most scenically characterful northern foothills communities. The development makes quality homeownership accessible for eligible Selangor residents in a genuinely beautiful highland-adjacent setting.

Location & Connectivity

Ulu Yam's position in northern Hulu Selangor provides residents with the area's distinctive natural surroundings — highland foothills, river valleys, and the scenic Selangor River corridor. Road connectivity to Rawang and the PLUS Highway links Ulu Yam residents to the Klang Valley and Kuala Lumpur, while the area's natural character adds lifestyle dimension that conventional suburban addresses cannot replicate.

Features & Residential Appeal

Built under the Selangorku PPAM framework, this development delivers quality affordable homes to eligible residents in a Hulu Selangor setting that offers both the programme's homeownership accessibility and the natural scenic beauty of Ulu Yam's highland foothills environment — a combination that distinguishes this development from typical urban affordable housing sites.

Lifestyle & Investment Appeal

For eligible Selangor residents who appreciate both affordable homeownership and a naturally beautiful residential setting, Selangorku PPAM @ Ulu Yam represents a rare combination — state programme quality assurance in a highland-adjacent foothills address where the natural surroundings provide genuine lifestyle value beyond what programme pricing alone would typically deliver.
