I am a certified Auction Agent/Auction Advisor from Zon Lelong Pro Sdn Bhd, and I assist clients to bid safely and successfully on their behalf.
I am NOT the auctioneer for this auction.
I am a licensed auctioneer in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Perak, and Kedah since 2007, and a former Bank Regional Manager — so I will guide you step-by-step to avoid costly mistakes during the auction.
✅ I will:
• Check property details & risks
• Advise your maximum bidding strategy
• Represent you during the auction
• Handle documentation after winning
My service fee is 3% (only upon successful bid).
To secure your slot and start preparation, a Not refundable commitment deposit of RM500.00 is required before the auction.
Slots are limited because I only handle a few serious buyers per auction.
If you’re ready, reply “CONFIRM” and I will guide you to the next step.
