I have a Diploma, Bachelor of Science (Hons) and Masters in Civil Engineering and have worked with international and local consultants and contractors. I am experienced in road and highway construction as a Civil Engineer specializing in highway construction. A professional with strong logic, able to solve problems quickly and well. All these skills I apply in my work. I served Penang City Council as a councilor who sits on several important committees. I am a member of the Local Central Committee (OSC); Chairman of the Planning and Development Committee; Traffic and Infrastructure Committee; and the Quotation Committee. I manage a team of enthusiastic and skilled workers, overseeing and monitoring their work according to the needs and most importantly meeting the needs of the people without wasting government money.
