D' Kristal is a freehold residential development positioned within the Setia EcoHill township in Semenyih, Hulu Langat district of Selangor, developed by Setia EcoHill Sdn Bhd — part of the SP Setia Berhad group. The "D' Kristal" naming references the crystal — a premium-themed concept distinguishing this precinct from Setia EcoHill's broader botanical-themed offerings. As part of the developer's "D'" series, Kristal adopts a precious-stone positioning within the eco-township master plan.
Setia EcoHill is one of SP Setia's flagship eco-themed townships — a 753-acre freehold gated-and-guarded community in Semenyih, Selangor, with 673 acres dedicated to housing and 80 acres pledged to parkland and greeneries. The township is built on eco-friendly principles, featuring low-density planning (approximately 10 homes per acre), solar power, energy-saving home design, and a near-RM4 billion gross development value. The township anchors the Kajang-Semenyih residential corridor with the Setia EcoHill Walk neighbourhood mall, Tenby International School, Club 360 community clubhouse, and a comprehensive amenity ecosystem.
Setia EcoHill is connected to the Kajang-Seremban Highway (LEKAS) via the LEKAS-Ecohill link, with onward connectivity to the SILK Highway (Kajang Dispersal Link), PLUS Highway, and LDP. MRT Sungai Buloh-Kajang Line at Kajang station provides direct rail access to central Kuala Lumpur.
Residents enjoy Setia EcoHill's on-site Setia EcoHill Walk neighbourhood mall, Tenby International School, Club 360 community clubhouse, alongside reach to AEON Cheras Selatan, EcoHill Walk Semenyih, and Kajang town's famous satay heritage. Healthcare options include Kajang Hospital, Hospital UKM, KPJ Kajang Specialist Hospital, and Hospital Semenyih.
Developed by Setia EcoHill Sdn Bhd, part of SP Setia Berhad — Malaysia's leading Bursa Malaysia-listed property developer (incorporated 1974) with multiple award-winning Eco townships including Setia EcoHill, Setia Eco Glades, Setia Eco Templer, Setia Eco Park, and Setia Eco Gardens. SP Setia holds a record 17 FIABCI World Gold Prix d'Excellence Awards by the International Real Estate Federation.
