The Pine is a residential development positioned within Mukim Sungai Karang in the Kuantan district of Pahang, developed by Kotamas Development (M) Sdn Bhd. Sungai Karang sits along the northern Kuantan coastal belt, close to Beserah fishing village, Balok Beach, and onward to Cherating — offering a coastal and nature-inspired residential setting.
Mukim Sungai Karang covers a scenic stretch of the Pahang coast, known for its beach access, coastal kampungs, and the rural-coastal character that contrasts with the denser central Kuantan urban core. This northern belt is particularly valued by buyers seeking residential living with coastal proximity and a quieter rural-urban rhythm.
Sungai Karang is served by Federal Route 3, the main east-coast trunk road, with direct access to the East Coast Expressway (LPT)'s northern interchange supporting reach to Terengganu in the north and Kuala Lumpur via Karak in the west.
Residents enjoy the distinctive northern Kuantan coastal lifestyle, with nearby beaches, seafood markets, and the famed Cherating coastline within a short drive. The area is also well-positioned for seasonal beach and kite-surfing activities that draw visitors to Balok.
The Pine is developed by Kotamas Development (M) Sdn Bhd, the Kuantan-headquartered developer behind multiple residential and mixed-use projects across the broader Kuantan area.
