637 House for Sale at HIJAYU 2 - RESORT HOMES (SL1) (Lunaria (Phase 1))

Hijayu 2 Lunaria Phase 1 in Bandar Sri Sendayan with Premium Freehold Superlink Homes and Resort Lifestyle Appeal

Hijayu 2 Resort Homes SL1, commonly known as Lunaria Phase 1, is a premium superlink residential phase within Bandar Sri Sendayan. Developed by BSS Development Sdn. Bhd. under Matrix Concepts, this freehold enclave is designed for buyers who want a higher-end landed home with the prestige of the Hijayu 2 address and access to the wider Resort Homes lifestyle setting.

Project Overview

Lunaria Phase 1 is a 2-storey superlink house development within the Hijayu 2 precinct. Completed around 2021, it is positioned as a premier superlink series for buyers who prefer a more attainable alternative to semi-detached homes or bungalows while still enjoying a more upscale residential environment within Bandar Sri Sendayan.

Location and Connectivity

Hijayu 2 Lunaria Phase 1 is located in Bandar Sri Sendayan with the postal code 71950. Its placement within the dedicated Hijayu 2 gated perimeter offers residents a more private residential setting compared with many other phases in the township.

The development is located directly across from d'Tempat Country Club and Matrix Global Schools, making it one of the more walkable premium residential phases in the area. This close proximity adds convenience for families, school-going households, and buyers who value easy access to major lifestyle anchors.

Features and Residential Appeal

Lunaria Phase 1 is designed to bridge the gap between a standard landed home and a more premium resort-style address. The phase stands out for its longer lot depth, spacious internal planning, and placement within the exclusive Hijayu 2 gated environment.

The homes are known for a double-volume feel in selected living or dining areas, depending on the unit type, which enhances openness and gives the interiors a more premium character. The master bedroom suite is also especially spacious, adding to the residential appeal for owner-occupiers seeking greater comfort in daily living.

Many units were sold with complimentary membership to d'Tempat Country Club, strengthening the lifestyle positioning of the phase within the Resort Homes enclave.

Unit Types and Layout Highlights

Hijayu 2 Lunaria Phase 1 consists of 2-storey superlink houses on lot sizes of about 22 feet by 85 feet, equivalent to around 1,870 sq ft. Typical built-up sizes range from approximately 2,700 sq ft to 3,164 sq ft. Standard layouts offer 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

The homes are particularly notable for their 85-foot lot depth, which is deeper than many standard terrace homes in other precincts. The car porch is designed to fit 2 large SUVs side by side, with additional space for motorcycles or storage.

Lifestyle and Investment Appeal

Hijayu 2 Lunaria Phase 1 appeals to buyers who want a premium freehold superlink home in Bandar Sri Sendayan without moving into a semi-detached or bungalow category. Intermediate subsale prices are estimated at around RM 620,000 to RM 750,000, while corner and end lots can reach around RM 850,000 to RM 1.1 million.

Rental rates are generally estimated at RM 1,700 to RM 2,500 per month depending on furnishing condition. Valuation levels are around RM 230 to RM 260 psf based on built-up size. For buyers looking for a larger superlink house in Sendayan, Lunaria Phase 1 offers a strong mix of prestige, lot depth, privacy, and lifestyle convenience.
