Hijayu 2 Lunaria II and Lunaria III in Bandar Sri Sendayan with Large Freehold Superlink Homes in a Premium Gated Enclave

Hijayu 2 Resort Homes SL2 and SL3, commercially known as Lunaria II and Lunaria III, are premium superlink residential phases within Bandar Sri Sendayan. Developed by BSS Development Sdn. Bhd. under Matrix Concepts, these freehold developments build on the success of Lunaria I by offering the same generous lot depth with larger built-up areas and refined internal planning for modern family living.

Project Overview

Lunaria II and Lunaria III are 2-storey superlink house phases within the Hijayu 2 Resort Homes enclave. Completed around 2021 to 2022, these later phases were introduced as refined versions of the original Lunaria concept, with improved layouts that provide more internal space while maintaining the premium character of the Hijayu 2 address.

Location and Connectivity

Hijayu 2 Lunaria II and Lunaria III are located in Bandar Sri Sendayan with the postal code 71950. Their position within the Hijayu 2 enclave places residents in one of the township's more exclusive residential sections, supporting both privacy and access to nearby lifestyle destinations.

The phases benefit from the established appeal of the Resort Homes area, offering a premium residential setting within Bandar Sri Sendayan that is suited to buyers seeking larger landed homes in a gated environment.

Features and Residential Appeal

Lunaria II and Lunaria III stand out for their larger built-up areas and more optimised floor plans compared with the earlier phase. These homes are designed to deliver a stronger sense of space for families, with layouts that balance private bedroom zones and generous shared living areas.

Key interior features include dual living halls, with a main family area on the ground floor and an additional spacious family hall on the first floor. The first floor usually comes with premium timber flooring, while all first-floor bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, adding comfort and privacy for multi-member households.

The phases also benefit from a 6-tier security system, including 24-hour patrols and a dedicated guardhouse within the Hijayu 2 enclave, reinforcing their premium gated community appeal.

Unit Types and Layout Highlights

Hijayu 2 Lunaria II and Lunaria III consist of 2-storey superlink houses on lot sizes of about 22 feet by 85 feet, equivalent to around 1,870 sq ft. Typical built-up sizes range from approximately 3,120 sq ft to 3,251 sq ft, making them noticeably larger than the earlier phase.

Standard layouts feature 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Among the later phases, Lunaria III is especially notable for its built-up size of up to about 3,251 sq ft, placing it among the larger link house models within the Sendayan township. Lunaria III is also noted for a more modern industrial facade compared with the earlier resort-inspired styling.

Lifestyle and Investment Appeal

Hijayu 2 Lunaria II and Lunaria III appeal to buyers who want a premium freehold superlink home with substantial internal space and the prestige of the Resort Homes address. Intermediate units are estimated to transact at around RM 640,000 to RM 760,000, while corner lots are frequently listed between RM 950,000 and RM 1.2 million depending on view, including lake view or park view positions.

Rental rates are generally estimated at RM 1,800 to RM 2,800 per month. Estimated market pricing is around RM 340 to RM 375 psf based on land area. For buyers searching for a larger superlink house in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Lunaria II and Lunaria III offer deeper lot dimensions, bigger built-up space, stronger security, and premium lifestyle positioning within Hijayu 2.
