Semenyih Parklands @ Rinching is a residential development positioned within the Rinching area of Semenyih, Hulu Langat district, Selangor, developed by Amalan Setar (M) Sdn Bhd. The project marks the developer's extension from its established Rawang portfolio (Sari Alamanda series) into the southern Klang Valley growth belt.
