Unlike other platforms, we do not charge based on credit renewal to keep your listings up. Once you subscribe to one of our packages, the allocated number of listings will be available throughout the 1-year duration of the package. There’s no hassle of topping up credits to keep your listing active.

All package subscriptions are valid for 1 year.

We accept credit/debit card payments, e-wallet payments, and online banking. All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway, and an invoice/receipt will be provided upon successful purchase.

Yes, if you subscribe on, for example, 1st April, 2024, your package will expire on 31st March, 2025. If you post a listing on 30th March 2025, it will be valid for one day. However, all 110 listings are valid as long as they are within the package duration.

We provide a default WhatsApp message function on each listing page, so interested buyers can contact you directly. We also offer an agent directory that website visitors can access.

Our lead management tool provides agents with a dashboard to view all leads that have contacted them, complete with lead information. We also offer instant SMS notifications when leads click to contact the agent, reflecting the leads in real time on your dashboard.

Listings are displayed through a map-driven search engine. Users interested in a specific location can find your listing on the map at that location, providing an overview of the area and the listings view via our map interface.

Yes, you certainly can. We do not restrict posting locations. You are free to post listings in different states regardless of your physical location.

Our platform allows you to post both subsale properties and new projects. You're welcome to actively post and advertise them as usual listings. We also accommodate all property categories, including residential and commercial properties.

The following benefits are included under the Flexi PA plan:

Accidental Death: Coverage up to RM 50,000.
