Elmina West (EV4B) is a residential development positioned within the Elmina West precinct of City of Elmina in the Petaling district of Selangor, developed by Sime Darby Property (City of Elmina) Sdn Bhd. As sub-phase EV4B within the EV4 series (alongside EV4A), the project represents a later-stage rollout within the Elmina West precinct.
City of Elmina is one of Sime Darby Property's most ambitious integrated township developments — a 5,000-acre planned community in the Sungai Buloh-Selayang area of Selangor. The master plan features a 300-acre Elmina Central Park (a regional green space), Elmina Lakeside Mall, and multiple themed residential precincts including Elmina East, Elmina West, Elmina Green, Elmina Hijauan, Elmina Ilham, Denai Alam, and Bandar Bukit Subang.
The EV4 series (EV4A and EV4B) extends the Elmina West precinct beyond the EV3 series rollouts, typically offering progressively refined unit designs alongside maturing precinct landscape and infrastructure. Late-stage sub-phases benefit from established community foundations and improved amenity depth.
City of Elmina is served by the DASH (Damansara-Shah Alam Elevated Expressway), Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE), LATAR (Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Expressway), NKVE, and the North-South Expressway. MRT Putrajaya Line at Sungai Buloh and Kwasa Damansara stations provide direct rail connectivity.
Residents enjoy the 300-acre Elmina Central Park, Elmina Lakeside Mall, and township amenities, alongside reach to 1 Utama, The Curve, Desa Park City, Kota Damansara, and the Sungai Buloh-Kota Damansara retail belt. Healthcare is supported by Sri Kota Specialist Medical Centre, Columbia Asia Hospital Setapak, and KPJ Damansara 2 Specialist Hospital.
Developed by Sime Darby Property (City of Elmina) Sdn Bhd, part of Sime Darby Property Berhad — one of Malaysia's largest listed property development groups with landmark townships including Bandar Ainsdale, Bandar Bukit Raja, Subang Jaya City Centre, and Serenia City.
