The project reflects PKNS's role as the state's primary development agency, responsible for township-scale residential, commercial, and industrial projects across Selangor.
PKNS is the Selangor State Development Corporation — the state government-linked development agency established in 1964 to drive Selangor's economic and residential development. PKNS has been responsible for township developments including Shah Alam, Bandar Baru Bangi, Kota Damansara, and other landmark Selangor communities. PKNS projects typically benefit from state-linked backing and comprehensive master-planning.
