•Senarai Pemaju Ingkar Award Tribunal Pembeli Rumah (TTPR)（未履行购房者仲裁庭裁决 (TTPR) 的开发商名单）
•Senarai Pemaju Gagal Membayar Kompaun（未能支付复合费用的开发商名单）
•Senarai Pemaju Terlibat Dengan Projek Perumahan Terbengkalai (参与废弃住房项目的开发商名单）
