ASAI Gamuda Cove: Gamuda Land启动首个酒店项目
Gamuda Land于周四发布了其首个酒店项目ASAI Gamuda Cove。该酒店是位于雪兰莪州坐拥1,530英亩的Gamuda Cove开发项目的一部分，将由泰国知名酒店和房地产开发公司Dusit International的酒店业务部门Dusit Hotels and Resorts管理。
ASAI Gamuda Cove共有280间客房，分布在13层楼，房间面积从220平方英尺到650平方英尺不等，总建筑面积为180,000平方英尺，计划于2026年第一季度开业。酒店设施包括无边泳池、泳池畔酒吧、健身房、大型餐厅以及活动空间。
在两方签署酒店管理协议的签约仪式上，Dusit International首席运营官Gilles Cretallaz表示，ASAI Hotels是该集团的本地定位的生活方式品牌，而ASAI Gamuda Cove将是马来西亚的第一家ASAI酒店。
他还强调，该酒店毗邻90英亩的湿地植物园和1,111英亩的Payah Indah探险湿地。“我们期待提供独特且难忘的酒店体验，让客人沉浸在马来西亚多元文化和湿地的自然之美中。”
与此同时，Gamuda Land首席商务官Eusoffe Chua说，ASAI Gamuda Cove旨在迎合那些将访问Gamuda Cove的生态旅游活动的国内和国际游客，例如SplashMania Waterpark和Discovery Park，每年吸引目标人数为100万游客。
Gamuda Cove被设想为“自然庇护所，智能城市”，已被认定为马来西亚首个5钻石低碳城市，其总体规划设计包括超过200英亩的公园和绿地，分布在住宅和商业发展项目中，以及学校、大学、医疗中心和办公室等设施，并可方便地前往布城、赛城和吉隆坡。该乡镇距离吉隆坡国际机场20分钟车程，距离吉隆坡市中心40分钟车程。
Dusit的房地产投资组合目前跨足19个国家，包括56家在Dusit Hotels and Resorts经营的酒店，以及在Elite Havens旗下经营的约240栋豪华别墅。全球范围内有60多家Dusit Hotels and Resorts正在筹备中。
