“买房要趁早” 倪可敏：政府明年或调高房产税

【吉隆坡10日讯】房屋及地方政府部长倪可敏表示，政府有可能在明年调高购买房地产的税务，不过他并未透露进一步的细节。
倪可敏是在第17届世界华商大会上，参与题为《中国新经济与全球化》专题讨论时提到这一消息。他指出，财政部于昨日公布了2024年上半年房产市场报告，其中提到大马房地产市场在今年上半年的交易总额已超过1050亿令吉，提前达成目标。
“我国今年的目标是房地产交易额达到1000亿令吉，但仅在今年首6个月内，我们已超标，达到了1050亿的交易额。这已超过我们全年的目标。”
隆房价相对便宜 性价比高
倪可敏强调，吉隆坡的房价相对北京、上海等大城市来说仍然相当便宜，性价比极高。他建议有意购买房地产的人士尽早行动。
“如果大家有意购买房地产，建议尽早行动，因为今年年底之后，可能会调高税务一点点。因此，买房要快，毕竟我们的房价性价比依然很高。”
马来西亚房市继续保持强劲，特别是在2024年上半年，交易量和总值均大幅领先预期。因此，政府可能会调整房地产税，以应对市场需求的强劲增长。
