柔佛州房屋与地方政府行政议员拿督莫哈末嘉福尼充分透露，柔佛州政府已迈出了坚实的一步，以应对低收入和赤贫社群在住房问题上的需求。
为此，他们毫不犹豫地拨款了500万令吉，旨在全力支持并推动柔佛房屋关怀计划，通常称为 "Program Rumah Kasih Johor"。

这一计划是为那些居民提供帮助，使他们能够实现拥有自己的住所的梦想，特别是那些属于低收入和赤贫社群的人们。

他指出，除了乡区发展部推出的赤贫人民房屋援助计划（PPRT），柔佛州还启动了另一项专门针对目标群体和低收入家庭的住房援助计划。这一计划由柔佛州房屋发展机构负责兴建和推动。
担任武吉柏迈州议员的莫哈末嘉福尼，今天视察了柔佛古来房屋关怀计划工程的进展，并在此之后透露了这一信息。
他表示，今年柔佛州房屋发展机构已着手在整个州范围内兴建50个房屋项目，这些项目属于柔佛房屋关怀计划，预计将在明年初竣工。
“根据这一计划，我们将协助那些已拥有土地的低收入家庭或赤贫人士兴建他们的房屋。”
他强调，申请者必须在e-kasih系统名单内，方才有资格提出申请；此外，还需获得县署认可以及州议员支持信函，方可启动申请流程。
他进一步表示：“柔佛州政府的目标是在2026年时兴建额外500套房屋，作为柔佛房屋关怀计划的一部分，以满足社会福利需求。”
