吉隆坡TRX敦拉萨贸易中心的新发展：The Exchange TRX开幕
根据周三Lendlease发布的新闻稿，吉隆坡敦拉萨贸易中心开发的零售组成部分—The Exchange TRX已向公众开放。
在此次对话中，The Exchange TRX项目总监兼与Lendlease马来西亚零售主管Mitch Wilson表示，作为一个拥有着400家零售店铺和娱乐中心，面积总达130万平方英尺的产业，将成为吉隆坡具有代表性的地标。
“与本社所有Lendlease的开发项目一样，我们的目标是打造世界一流、可持续、并且以民众社区为重点的目标，我们不仅追求满足消费者群体的需求，我们还目标着超越消费者的期望，丰富当地文化特色，在该国的零售和经济领域中产积极正面的影响。”

作为TRX 17 英亩的生活区的一部分，The Exchange TRX将提升社区的生活质量，并为城市和国家的形象做出正面贡献，Mitch Wilson补充说。The Exchange TRX位于敦拉萨贸易中心的国际金融区内，是澳大利亚开发商Lendlease和TRX City Sdn Bhd之间的合资开发项目。
TRX City首席执行官Datuk Azmar Talib补充说，The Exchange TRX的推出也同步符合了公司创建国际金融部门在全球范围内产生共鸣的愿景。
“顶级零售体验、现代化生活设施以及标志性的公共领域的融合，增强了其吸引力，使TRX成为该地区商务和休闲的首选目的地之一。”首席执行官说。
The Exchange TRX引入马来西亚的知名品牌包括 Gentle Monster、Alo Yoga 和 Molton Brown。其他著名零售商包括路易威登（Louis Vuitton）、香奈儿（Chanel）、古驰（Gucci）、潘海利根（Penhaligon’s）、圣塔玛莉亚诺维拉（Santa Maria Novella）、马蒂埃（Matiere Premiere） 和 帕尔玛之水（Acqua di Parma）；以及吉隆坡最大的HOKA专卖店。The Exchange TRX还设有五个餐饮区域。
它们包括Food Exchange，小贩式摊位（Hawker-style stalls),、国际美食的大堂餐厅、花园式公园餐厅、高级餐厅和露天式用餐露台。快餐运营商Shake Shack也将在此处首次进入马来西亚市场。其他餐饮运营商包括Bacha Coffee、意大利巧克力和冰淇淋品牌 闻绮巧克力（Venchi）、官兵衛（Kanbe Ramen）和Paolo Paolo Gelato。
