雪州有望5年内建4.5万间可负担房屋

雪兰莪州务大臣拿督斯里阿米鲁丁充满信心，州政府将在今年成功达成建设4万5000间可负担房屋的目标。他在最近的一次公开活动上透露，从2018年5月到今年8月，雪兰莪州已经建设了4万间可负担房屋单位，这反映出他们在住房建设领域取得了显著的进展。
阿米鲁丁指出，他对能在今年内完成既定目标充满信心，即在5年内兴建4万5000间可负担房屋。这一举措将有助于提供更多住房选择，改善雪兰莪州居民的生活质量，为他们提供更好的住房条件。
此外，雪兰莪州政府还计划在未来的几年内继续扩大可负担房屋建设。他们预计在2025年至2026年期间将兴建更多的这类住房，以满足居民的不断增长的住房需求。
阿米鲁丁的这番发言是在鹅唛地区举行的我的雪兰莪Seri Temenggung公寓项目的钥匙移交仪式上发表的。这个公寓项目是由雪兰莪州发展局（PKNS）与亿成集团（Melati Ehsan）旗下的Rexpoint Resources私人有限公司合作开发的，将为当地社区提供更多的住房选择。

雪州发展局副总执行长（管理与创业）苏海米表示，Seri Temenggung公寓象征着梦想的实现，为420个家庭提供了一个安全、舒适且高品质的住所。这个项目的完成意味着这些家庭现在拥有了一个温馨的家。
亿成集团总营运官拿督谢日平表示，尽管面对冠病疫情等多种挑战，但感谢各相关机构的支持，他们成功推进了我的雪兰莪可负担房屋项目。这显示了各方合作和共同努力的成果，为社区提供更好的住房条件。
Seri Temenggung公寓的建筑面积分别为750、900和1000平方尺，售价分别为10万、16万和22万令吉。项目设有围栏，提供多种社区设施，包括儿童游乐场、回教堂、多功能厅、幼儿园、游戏室、阅读室、会议室等。
该项目地理位置优越，毗邻主要交通网络，如雪州斯里鹅唛大街、第二中环公路（MRR2）和大使路-淡江大道（DUKE）。附近还有众多公共设施，包括体育馆、社区大厅、休闲绿地、大型超市、商业店铺、学校和医院。这使得Seri Temenggung公寓成为一个便利的生活社区。
