政府提供激励措施鼓励业者入驻TRX

政府宣布对预计将业务迁至新国际金融中心敦拉萨国际贸易中心（Tun Razak Exchange（TRX））的公司提供激励措施。
首相拿督斯里安华·依布拉欣表示，这些激励措施包括工业建筑津贴、地产开发商在五年内的70%所得税豁免以及贷款和服务协议的印花税豁免。
他兼任财政部长表示，经过十年的发展，TRX象征着马来西亚实现成为全球领先金融区的愿景，支持其在国际舞台上竞争的抱负。

“作为国际金融中心，TRX拥有特殊地位。基于此，政府为将业务迁至此处的公司提供了多种激励措施。
“TRX已成为主要金融机构的中心。今天TRX的推出也是政府通过Madani经济（Economic Madani）计划更新国家经济和金融建设的重要里程碑，”他说。
他是在这里为106大厦举行的揭幕式后对媒体说的，今天出席活动的还有财政部第二部长拿督斯里Amir Hamzah Azizan。
TRX City Sdn Bhd（TRXC）首席执行官拿督Azmar Talib也出席了活动。TRX占地28.33公顷，位于吉隆坡市中心，拥有世界一流的基础设施和最先进的设施。
TRX区域由TRX City Sdn Bhd（TRXC）作为母公司开发，后者是马来西亚财政部全资拥有的子公司。
TRX的主要投资者包括来自澳大利亚的Lendlease集团、印尼的Mulia集团、马来西亚汇丰银行（HSBC Malaysia）、艾芬银行（Affin Bank）、CORE Precious Development Sdn Bhd、Veolia、IJM集团和马来西亚保诚集团（Prudential Malaysia）。
