Type B Homes:

• Malaysian citizen, 18 years or older
• Monthly household income more than RM3,000 but not more than RM8,000
• Applicant or spouse not the owner of any property in Selangor
• Purchase for own stay, not renting out

Note: One family is only allowed one applicant. Ownership is not transferable during the first 5 years.
