Sierra Gerik is a residential development located in the picturesque Mukim Gerik, Hulu Perak — a region celebrated for its breathtaking natural beauty, pristine rainforests, and the vast Royal Belum State Park. Sierra Gerik offers homebuyers a rare opportunity to embrace an unhurried, nature-immersed lifestyle without sacrificing residential comfort and community.

Gerik serves as the gateway to the Upper Perak region and sits along the East-West Highway (Route 4), connecting residents to Penang in the west and Kota Bahru in the east. The town itself provides essential daily amenities including schools, clinics, markets, and government services, while its surrounding natural environment offers hiking, fishing, and wildlife spotting at world-class reserves like Tasik Temenggor.

Sierra Gerik is ideal for retirees, nature enthusiasts, and buyers seeking a peaceful secondary home or affordable primary residence in one of peninsular Malaysia's most pristine and unspoiled natural settings.
