One of the biggest advantages of living in Taman Bunga Raya, Bukit Beruntung, is the complete lack of traffic congestion. The area has minimal population with more houses for auction than for sale. The preferred mode of transportation is by bicycle. The residents are mostly elderly individuals who have lived here their whole lives, working in businesses or the nearby estates.

Taman Bunga Raya appears to be a failed development due to its distance from necessities and amenities. It's not an ideal place for raising children, given the quality of education compared to better townships like Rawang, which is only half an hour away.
