99 Residence @ KL North – Affordable Luxury Living in a Connected Kuala Lumpur Hub

Project Overview

99 Residence @ KL North is a large-scale residential development within the 17-acre JL Legacity master plan in Taman Wahyu, Kuala Lumpur. Developed by JL99 Group through Inter Sky Development Sdn Bhd, the project offers modern high-rise living with a focus on value and lifestyle convenience.

The development is built on leasehold land and is delivered in phases. Phase 1, known as 99 Residence, has been completed with vacant possession handed over on January 10, 2024. Phase 2, 99 Legend, is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by late 2026.

Location & Connectivity

Strategically positioned at the junction of MRR2 and Jalan Kuching near the Batu Caves roundabout, 99 Residence @ KL North enjoys strong connectivity to key parts of Kuala Lumpur. The location provides direct access to major highways, making daily commuting more efficient.

Residents also benefit from a dedicated shuttle service connecting to nearby public transport hubs, including KTM Taman Wahyu and MRT Sri Delima stations, enhancing accessibility for those who rely on rail transit.

Features & Residential Appeal

The development is designed around an "Affordable Luxury" concept, offering a wide range of lifestyle facilities that cater to modern urban living. With over 40 amenities, residents can enjoy elevated leisure experiences within the comfort of their home environment.

Sky-level facilities include an infinity pool with panoramic city views, a sky gym, jacuzzi, and a floating pavilion. The project also incorporates practical design elements such as extra-wide corridors and a speed ramp system for smoother car park access.

A direct bridge link from MRR2 enhances convenience, while nearby attractions and essentials such as 99 Wonderland Park, Lotus’s Selayang, and Pasar Borong Selayang add to the overall livability of the area.
