Kiara Kerteh — Residential Living Near the Kerteh Petrochemical Corridor, Terengganu

Kiara Kerteh is a residential development positioned within the Kemaman district of Terengganu, near the Kerteh petrochemical corridor, developed by Shapadu Properties Sdn Bhd. Kerteh is one of Malaysia's most significant petrochemical industrial clusters — anchored by PETRONAS's Kerteh refinery, petrochemical integrated complex, and supporting industries.

The Kerteh Petrochemical Cluster

Kerteh hosts Malaysia's first petroleum refinery (commissioned 1983) and has evolved into a major integrated petrochemical complex — home to PETRONAS, Shell, and multiple downstream petrochemical facilities. The industrial cluster drives sustained demand for professional, expat, and contractor residential accommodation.

Location and Connectivity

Kemaman is served by Federal Route 3 along the Terengganu coast and the East Coast Expressway (LPT) for Klang Valley connectivity. The Kerteh-Paka petrochemical corridor anchors significant industrial employment in the district.
