Experience the tranquility of Kerayong Hill, formerly Desa Kerayong Indah, a picturesque hillside haven offering affordable bungalow-style housing. With 230 acres of lush greenery and scenic landscapes, this development fosters a healthy community atmosphere among residents.
Originally initiated by the Selangor State Government in 1999, Kerayong Hill faced abandonment in 2006. However, in June 2015, the government, through Lembaga Perumahan Dan Hartanah Negeri Selangor (LPHS), appointed Probil Industries to revive the project. Comprising 1,330 diverse units, this redevelopment aims to provide quality living spaces across eight precincts, from Desa 1 to Desa 8.
With the commencement of preliminary works in April 2022 and full-scale construction in July 2023, Kerayong Hill is on the path to becoming a modern residential oasis. The First Construction Package awarded to Transnational Builder Sdn Bhd ensures the construction of main infrastructure and buildings.
Residents enjoy proximity to esteemed educational institutions like SK Bukit Cherakah, SMK Puncak Alam, and UiTM Puncak Alam. Explore nearby attractions such as Taman Tasik Shah Alam, Skytrex, and Royal Gallery Selangor for leisure and recreation.
Discover the beauty of Gasing Hill, visit the National Science Center, or unwind at KL Central Park - The Lake Gardens. Benefit from convenient public transport options with Shah Alam and Padang Jawa train stations, along with metro access at USJ 21 and Kota Damansara.
With Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport just 7km away and KLIA at 38km, Kerayong Hill offers not just a home but a gateway to seamless travel. Embrace the future of wholesome living in the heart of Selangor at Kerayong Hill.
