Raub Jaya — Residential Township in Raub, Pahang

Raub Jaya is a residential township positioned within the Raub district of Pahang, developed by Desapark Development Sdn Bhd. Raub is one of Pahang's most historically distinctive inland towns, known for its gold-mining heritage — Raub was home to Peninsular Malaysia's longest-operating gold mine (Raub Australian Gold Mine) — and its distinctive Pahang Malay cultural character.

The Raub Gold-Mining Heritage

Raub gets its name from the Malay phrase "raub-raub emas" (handfuls of gold), referencing the area's gold-mining legacy. The town retains colonial-era shophouses and a distinctive heritage character.
