Located at Jalan Simpang Gading, 76100 Durian Tunggal, Melaka, Malaysia, the Scientex Durian Tunggal Sales Office stands as a testament to quality living.
The development project commenced in November 2016, culminating in a grand inauguration of the sales gallery and show houses on 11th November 2017. Designed to provide affordable housing options, the response has been overwhelmingly positive, reflecting a high uptake rate since its initial launch.
Notably, Scientex Durian Tunggal introduced its pioneering Rumah Mampu Milik (RMM) products in July 2018. The inauguration, graced by Yang Berhormat Tey Kok Kiew, Exco of Housing, Local Government and Environment, along with other dignitaries, marked a significant milestone in accessible housing.
Furthermore, this development proudly launched Malaysia's first-ever special housing scheme, Rumah Belia Melaka (RBM). In a collaborative effort between the State Government of Melaka, the Department of Youth and Sports Melaka, and key stakeholders, including Scientex, the initiative aims to address the housing needs of the youth. The official launch on 22nd March 2019, officiated by Ketua Menteri Melaka, YAB Tuan Adly Bin Zahari, underscored the commitment to this innovative housing solution.
With its strategic vision, Scientex Durian Tunggal emerges as a promising integrated township, dedicated to delivering quality yet affordable properties, thereby realizing the aspirations of homeowners.
